  The staff at Fairy Tail are professional and accommodating.
  I have always found them to be very kind and loving towards the animals left in their care.
  
  My fur baby spends a lot of time with friends on acreage, and is often a total mess when I drop her off, however she always comes back from Fairy Tails looking wonderful.

  I am quite surprised to see a review saying the staff are rude. My experience was really different. I found the staff to be gentle, kind and very accommodating. I was recommended by friends who had their dog groomed by one of the girls many years ago. When they found out she was now back in the area they went straight back and have said that she is the best groomer they had ever used.
  
  My favourite thing is that you can see the entire grooming space from the reception area. Ziggy (toy poodle x bichon) usually comes home quite stressed. Today I had to drag him out of Fairy Tails. That has NEVER happened before. His groom is perfect, not one little fur out of place.
