  Wheres my money? I paid $2600 in March for the Patriarch over the October Long Weekend only to be rung the afternoon before to say that the boat was unavailable due to mechanical failure in the gear box. Ten of my friends were coming, many from interstate to celebrate my birthday with me on the boat and it was to late to cancel. I was promised I would receive my money within ten days did not happen. So I rand several times no answer, no messages returned. Then I got my Mum to ring she answered saying she was not near a computer but would send the refund form in 40 minutes. Never sent, and then would not answer my Mums calls or return messages. I actually went to the marina on the Friday The day we were to Pick up the boat to find it at the pier being cleaned, but no Deb. Some men loading another boat said same thing happened to them but they had been given another boat. I missed out because I had paid in full while others hadn't so to get more money Deb only rented to the ones that had paid a deposit and paid more money on the rental day. We rented a house and my friends paid a share of the rental but I am still out the houseboat $2600 I am a student and work part time, I saved and borrowed off my Mum to pay the houseboat rental, I am still paying my Mum back.
